On our booking page, you can submit your information along with photos and description of the work to be performed- just select the diagnostic visit and pick a good time for us to visit. We’ll follow up within a day to confirm details via a quick phone assessment and that our visit will help address your problem. Quick Fix & Diagnostic Visit – $75

Includes: Onsite assessment, Photos + explanation, Repair options and 24 hr quote, 15 minute quick fix $75 credited toward any larger repair
We diagnose: electrical, plumbing, fences, decks, doors/windows, drywall, gutters, roofs, and general “mystery issues.” Fast. Clear. No Surprises.

Small Job – $199
For something small that’s more than tightening a screw.
Includes:
Initial Assessment
Up to 1 hour of labor (round down at 15 min over)
Minor materials included (caulk, screws, glue, etc.)

A small punchlist of tasks or more involved small project.
Includes: Up to 3 hours of labor ($600 value)
Free basic sourcing trip
